Twin Places

TWIN PLACES

Twin Places shows us different places in Portugal and Galicia that have something in common: the name. The program is hosted by the portuguese Beatriz Gosta and the galician Javier Varela, who will assume the role of guides and travel through the different locations, taking their similarities as a starting point. But with a particularity… Beatriz Gosta goes to Galicia and Javier Varela crosses the border and comes to know the north of Portugal.

Throughout the program we explored places in Northern Portugal such as Riba de Ave, Baião, Vila Nova de Gaia, Ribeira de Pena, Vimioso, Vila Flor, Vieira do Minho, Póvoa do Varzim, Vale de Cambra, Ponte de Lima, Castro Laboreiro e Gerês.

In Galicia we visited Ribadavia, Baiona, Vilanova de Arousa, Ribeira, Vimianzo, Vilalba, Salvaterra de Miño, A Pobra de Broullón, Cambre, A Pontenova, Castro Caldelas e Xurés.
