SENHOR PRESIDENTE - O CAMPEONATO DE UMA VIDA recalls Jorge Nuno Pinto da Costa

For the first time, the former president of FC Porto has given access to his private life, in a first-person account that also includes the participation of his family, friends and many of the people he met throughout his career. 

Today, February 17, from 9pm, Porto Canal broadcasts the documentary produced by SPi, Senhor Presidente - O campeonato de uma vida (Mr. President - The championship of a lifetime), which premiered in March last year on Prime Video, reaching 1st place in the top 10 most watched programs.

In this three-episode documentary, recorded over more than a year in partnership with FC do Porto, it is possible to revisit the life and work of one of the most emblematic presidents of a Portuguese soccer club and features the testimony of Jorge Nuno Pinto da Costa himself, as well as José Mourinho, Sérgio Conceição, Florentino Pérez, Pepe, Jorge Mendes, the former President of the Republic General Ramalho Eanes, among many others.

It's been 87 years of a life of obstacles turned into victories, on and off the pitch, which we can look back on with nostalgia tonight on Porto Canal or on the Prime Video streaming platform, of which the documentary series is part of the catalog.
