The first images from the documentary SENHOR PRESIDENTE - O CAMPEONATO DE UMA VIDA are out

Prime Video  unveiled today the trailer, key art and new stills for Senhor Presidente - O Campeonato de uma Vida. The three-part documentary series will premiere exclusively on Prime Video on March 15. The highly anticipated three-part documentary series will be the latest addition to Prime subscriptions.

Produced in partnership with SPi and Futebol Clube do Porto (FCP), the documentary series is a never-before-seen portrait of Jorge Nuno Pinto da Costa, the always provocative President of Futebol Clube do Porto. It covers 86 years of a life of obstacles, transformed into victories, both on and off the pitch.

For the first time, Pinto da Costa has been given access to his intimacy, in a first-person account, which also includes the participation of his family, friends and many figures he has crossed paths with during his long career, including José Mourinho, Florentino Peréz, Joan Laporta, Angel Gil, Paulo Futre, Madjer, Deco, Pepe and even the former President of the Republic Ramalho Eanes.

The documentary series will also feature important testimonies from well-known figures such as Iker Casillas, Vítor Baía, Herman José, Joana Marques, Fernando Santos, Rui Moreira, Valentim Loureiro and Rui Reininho.

The documentary series was recorded over the course of a year, starting with the launch of the President 's photobiography Long years are 14,600 days, on December 16, 2022, at the Estádio do Dragão.

Senhor Presidente - O Campeonato de uma Vida is a documentary by Cristina Arvelos, who is also the executive producer, and Pedro Lopes. It was directed by Bruno Pinhal and Paulo Menezes.
