CIRCOM Award to MOTEL VALKIRIAS

The series Motel Valkirias won the award for best television production in the Entertainment and Drama category of the CIRCOM Awards 2023.

These awards distinguish the best television productions in Europe and are promoted by the Association of European Public and Regional Televisions.

Motel Valkirias is a co-production between SPi and the Galician production company CTV, for RTP, Televisión de Galicia and HBO Max. Taking place in a cross-border motel between Galicia and Portugal, it is centered on the lives of three women with big economic and personal problems who meet in a fortuitous way when they kill Elixio (Miro Magariños), a client of the motel who is carrying very valuable merchandise that will put them in danger.

Starring Maria João Bastos (Eva), Maria Mera (Lucía), and Marina Mota (Carolina), the series has a Portuguese and Galician cast, including Tomás Alves, Jorge Vaz Gomes, Miguel Borines, Chechu Salgado, and Alba Loureiro, among others.

All episodes are available on RTP Play and HBO Max (Portugal and Spain).
