Night of GLORIA at the Sophia Awards

Last June 18, Estoril Casino hosted the 2022 Sophia Awards ceremony, attributed by the Portuguese Film Academy, as a way of recognising the best of national film production.

Presented by Margarida Vila-Nova and Pedro Miguel Ribeiro, the night was one of GLORIA for the first Portuguese Netflix series, produced by SPi, which scooped the statuette for Best Series/Telefilm, competing directly with Auga Seca II, Pôr do Sol and Até Que a Vida Nos Separe.

To receive the award, João Pedro Lopes, CEO of SP Televisão, and José Amaral, Managing Director of SPi, took the stage.
